What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email address and suburb.
- The service and style you picked, and anything you wrote in the message box.
- Any photographs you upload with the quote request.
Why we collect it
To prepare your quote, to reply to you, and to arrange and carry out the work.
We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing.
Photographs
Photographs you upload are stored privately. They are not published, they do not appear on this site, and nobody outside the business can open them.
Who sees it
Our own crew, and the services that run the website and our email. We do not sell or rent your details.
When you send the quote form, a spam check runs through Cloudflare (Turnstile) to filter out automated submissions.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and job records are kept while the quote is live and afterwards for our own records. Ask us to remove your details and we will, unless we still need them for a job in progress or for tax and legal records.
Traffic and cookies
The site keeps anonymous traffic statistics, so we can see which pages get read. They do not identify you.
